アイノさんはフィンランドで数少ない木版画の作家です。大胆な画面構成と色彩は明快で爽やかな印象を与えます。また彫刻刀による描線も力強く画面は生命感に満ち溢れています。フィンランドの清廉な空気と森と泉に囲まれた風景を爽やかに表現しています。

Aino Kaarina Pajari is one of few Finnish woodblock print artists. Pajari impresses the viewer with dynamic compositions, strong lines that are full of life, and bright, refreshing colours. The honesty in the works reflects the natural atmosphere of Finland, the moist air in the woods and cool springs.
