Nominators Comment Using ordinary personal belongings as motifs, Amy Sands explores her identity. In recent years she has been depicting the layering of laces through the mediums of printmaking, digital methods, and drawing. Nostalgic home is depicted with colours, lines, and spaces that interact with each other to touch the viewers’ heart.
