彼女の作品は幻想的な詩の様に見えます。それはただ雰囲気があると言うことでは無く、リノカットは等身大のモノクロ作品で、強さがありながらメランコリックという2面性を持ち、作者の深い愛情を感じる作中物達が静かに語りかけてくる、という様な不思議な感覚を与えてくれます。

Chris Delville's works are like mystical poems. Her life size and monochrome linocut works have two aspects; strength and melancholy. She depicts things with great affection and it gives things a magical power as though talking to viewers quietly.
